Hi everyone. Audio links to the songs we will be singing this week are posted below. I encourage you to become familiar with these songs each week so that you can fully participate in worship. The music won't sound exactly like this, but this will give you a good idea. If you like a song, you may even want to download it from iTunes and listen whenever you like! A few scripture passages related to the song lyrics are also posted below. Feel free to take your bible and study some of these passages that go well with the songs.
This week we will be singing a new song called "You Alone Can Rescue." This song is rich in theology and sings of God's power over sin and death. He alone is the giver of life. This truth is central to the gospel message and is spelled out in the New Testament more clearly, especially in passages such as Rom. 5:12-21, Rom. 6:1-10 and many others.
